Health Partners has specialized in serving clients in their homes for 25 years, offering highly qualified staff to meet their unique care needs. We understand the complexity of caring for someone who has sustained a long-term injury such as a traumatic brain or spinal cord injury. We have five offices in Michigan: Southfield, Flint, Grand Rapids, Kalamazoo and Traverse City.
