First Door is a licensed, luxurious six bed adult residential rehabilitation home that provides individualized care. With over 20 direct years of traumatic brain injury experience, it is our goal to provide holistic services with the same integrity, respect, and love that we would require for ourselves.

First Door specializes in treating patients with brain and spinal cord injuries, orthopedic injuries, all neurological disorders and complex medical conditions. First Door also offers inpatient, outpatient and respite living care. Our residential program is tailored to provide a family-team approach to a resident’s care as they progress in recovery.
