The Brain Injury Association of Michigan’s Annual Fall Conference, held in conjunction with the Michigan Brain Injury Provider Council, is the largest of its kind in the country.

How much does it cost to attend?

Rates depend on how many days you would like to attend. Early bird rates will be available until August 17th at midnight.

  • All Sessions: $490.00
  • Survivor & Family Rate: $25.00

you willQ: How many sessions does each registration have?
A: Each day of conference has 3 breakout sessions with three concurrent sessions airing live. You do not need to choose them ahead of time, you will just need to view the live airing at the scheduled time. If you purchase the all sessions registration you will have access to all sessions, whether you choose to view them live or recorded.

Q: Will sessions be live or recorded?
A: All sessions will be recorded live during the week of conference. Every session will be recorded and available until October 4th. 

Q: When will recordings of sessions be available?
A: Sessions will be available the week after conference concludes, and will be available to view for two weeks.

Q: I need to register a large group for my company and pay with a check- how do I do that?
A: BIAMI will provide you with a special registration link for you/your group. Email Allie Weston at aweston@biami.org to arrange this.

Q: Can I pay for registration with a check?
A: Yes, you can pay with a check if you would like. BIAMI will provide you with a special registration link for you/your group. Email Allie Weston at aweston@biami.org to arrange payment with a check.

Q: Do I need to download anything to attend conference?
A: Yes, the live sessions will be conducted via WebEx. You can install WebEx early and launch a test meeting by clicking HERE. Remember to close the test meeting once WebEx installs and join the sessions from inside the conference site.

Q: When I register for a one, two, or three day registration, to I have to pick which days?
A: When you register you do not need to choose which days you want to attend. You will be prompted to choose when you gain access to the site.

Q: What sessions should I sign up for?
A: We have organized our sessions into tracks to help you decide what you may be interested in. Visit biami.org/afc-schedule/ to view the session descriptions and track designations.

Q: How many CE credits can I get?
A: You receive one credit for each session attended. For each day you attend, you can complete three total CEs by attending three live sessions. That means three for a one-day, six for a two day, nine for a three day, 12 for a four day. If you purchase the all sessions option, you will have access to the entire library of live AND recorded sessions, which comes out to 36 total CEs!

Q: How do I get my CE certificate?
A: You will need to complete evaluations for each session you wish the receive credit for on the conference website. On the main menu on the left hand side, you will click continuing education, fill out the evaluations, and then you will receive your certificate.

Q: When do I have to register by?
A: You can register up until September 15th.

Q: I am a Survivor. What does my registration include?
A: The Survivor and Family rate includes access to all sessions. We recommend the Quality of Life track for survivors, but you are welcome to attend any sessions. For more information email Kathie Sell at ksell@biami.org or call (810) 772-4230.

Q: When will I have access to the site?
A: You can register at any time, but you will not have access to the site until September 10th.

Q: How do I purchase an exhibit booth? Do I need special skills to set up my booth?
A: You can confirm your booth by emailing Allie Weston at aweston@biami.org You do not need special skills to create your booth. BIAMI, along with iCohere, will walk you through how to set up your booth.

How do I obtain my CE Certificates from past years?

  1. Login at www.mtsreport.com
  2. Click on BIAMI Conferences
  3. Enter Your LAST NAME and ATTENDEE ID (found on your Name Badge or you can search using the link under the ID box on the website)
  4. Complete Speaker Evaluations for the sessions you attended and the Overall Evaluation
  5. Print your CE Certificates
