The 32nd Annual Conference Opportunities for Exhibiting and Sponsorship will be available early 2012 Thank You to all of our sponsors who help make this conference a success year after year!

Continental breakfast and all breaks are served in the Exhibit Hall.

All conference attendees are required to wear a name badge for entrance to the Exhibit Hall. **Please remember the Exhibit Hall is not open to the public. When thinking about inviting people to stop by your booth, remember that they have to be registered conference attendees.

EXHIBITOR CHECK-IN

Booth Set Up Times Are:

Wednesday, September 26th from 2:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.
Set up must be complete BY 7:00 p.m.

Thursday, September 27th from 6:00 a.m. – 7:00 a.m.
Set up must be complete BY 7:00 a.m.

Booth Tear Down:

Friday, September 28th AFTER 2:00 p.m.until 6:00 p.m.

Times for set up and tear down will be strictly enforced.

You may unload your items at the Lansing Center Loading Dock A. This entrance allows you direct access to the Exhibit Hall. Vendor Committee volunteers will direct you to your assigned space.

Exhibitor Drawings – Friday, September 28th at 11:45 a.m. – A member of the vendor committee will come by your booth to draw the winner of your drawing (if you choose to give away something). Winners will be posted in the concourse near registration. It is the responsibility of the exhibiting company to get the prize to the winner(s).
