Exhibitor Information

Thank you for your support as an Exhibitor at the upcoming 28th Annual Conference. All Exhibitors will be in the Exhibit Hall (Exhibit Hall A). All Bronze, Silver, and Gold level Exhibitors will receive written confirmation from the Brain Injury Association of Michigan.

Color-coded Name Badges are required for all sessions, events and the Exhibit Hall.

Continental breakfast and all breaks are served in the Exhibit Hall to assure easy access for the participants.

EXHIBITOR CHECK-IN

Booth Set Up Times Are:

Wednesday, September 24th from 1:00p.m. – 7:00 p.m.
Set up must be complete BY 7:00p.m.

Thursday, September 25th from 6:00a.m. – 7:00 a.m.
Set up must be complete BY 7:00a.m.

Times for set up and tear down will be strictly enforced.

Each 8’skirted table will be identified with your company’s name. You may unload your display at the Lansing Center loading dock. This entrance allows you direct access to the Exhibit Hall. You are also able to have your display shipped directly to the hotel; you must make arrangements directly with the decorating company.
