The Michigan Veterans Task Force, a faith based initiative to help returning troops, is joining forces with the Brain Injury Association of Michigan Veterans Program and the Michigan Chapter of the Paralyzed Veterans of America to co-host a golf outing for civilians, military service personnel, Veterans and their families. 100% of the proceeds will go to the Michigan Veterans Task Force, an all-volunteer organization.

Service Team sponsorships received before August 8th  will receive a free $200 hole sponsor package and their name included on the Team shirts as available.
 
$75 includes golf, cart, prizes, trophies, lunch at the turn, and an All American BBQ.

About the… Michigan Veteran Task Force

 Faith-Based Initiative Supporting Service Members and their Families

“Proceeds to benefit the Michigan Veterans Task Force, a faith based non-profit organization which focuses on helping to educate and train the existing faith based community on how to better provide for the Veterans, military service personnel, and their families within their respective communities. Michigan lacks the military infrastructure commonly found in states that house active duty military installations, and as such, it falls short of providing many of the unique military support functions. The challenges of combat and military service are often foreign to civilians, clergy, and layman even though their help and guidance may be sought by Guard, Reserve, and active duty military personnel returning home after service. At the core of the Michigan Veterans Task Force’s mission is to create training and awareness programs designed specifically to educate Michigan’s faith based communities on how to best provide for her combatants.
